This award recognises contact centre solutions provided by resellers based on innovation in the implementation of applications that meet the needs of the customer and their callers.

This award category is for solutions that incorporate all or most of the elements in the Unified Communications stack. Resellers must demonstrate clear end user RoI and innovation in solution design and delivery in a private or public sector SME environment.
